Refund policy
ACP provide all UK customers with 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@acpadel.co., include your order number, where we can assist you further.

Once accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You can exchange your item for a different size or colour and receive Shop Credit. Please include a note in the comments section for customer service when making an exchange request.
What to do when returning or exchanging:
1. Select the item(s) that you would like to return for a refund or prefer store credit. It would mean a great deal to us if you could provide some feedback, you will be required to add a comment as to why you are returning the product. For our UK customers you also have the option for an exchange. We are working on offering exchanges worldwide, please bear with us.
2. If you are in a hurry to receive your exchanged product(s),we recommend opting for the store credit option in order to place a new order which ships out immediately rather than waiting for your return to arrive be processed at our return’s facility.
3. We are offer a 5% bonus for customers who opt for our Store Credit which can be used on our website to purchase a new item altogether
4. The Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains original purchase value plus 5%. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the credit balance is used in full.
5. Confirm you will take your repackaged items to your local drop off location based on the returns service you have chosen (Royal Mail, UPS or DHL) or select own shipping to organise and pay for your own return with your chosen courier. Please keep proof of postage.
6. You will then be sent a returns confirmation email containing a QR code or a label to print, whichever you would prefer.
7. Take your repackaged items to your local Post Office and either attached your pre-paid printed label or show the QR code on your mobile phone for scanning.
8. If you are using the QR code, a pre-paid returns label will be printed at the drop off location and attached to your parcel, you will then be provided with a tracking receipt.
9. Once we receive and verify your returned item(s) your new replacement(s) will automatically be sent out to you.
10. If you are outside of the UK it can take up to 21 days for your order to be returned back to our warehouse and be refunded. Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days for it to clear with your bank. And it is as simple as that. European Union
Orders shipped to the European Union, have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm the return decision. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
